Product Application:
Accelerator CBS (CZ) is an accelerator with high activity and greatly delayed action, has high scorching quality, processing safety and short cure time. Its activity can be reinforced by alkaline accelerators, for example, thiuram type and dithiocarbamate accelerators. It is suitable for all kinds of rubbers, and discolors slightly without frosting. Vulcanizate resists to aging. Both tensile strength and stress at definite elongation are good. It is mainly used in manufacture of tires, rubber tube, cable and other technical rubber goods.
Major Applications
General Molded Rubber Products:
Its versatility makes CBS suitable for a wide range of molded rubber products, contributing to accelerated vulcanization and improved mechanical properties.
Adhesives
CBS is sometimes utilized in rubber-based adhesive formulations, contributing to faster curing times and improved adhesive strength.
