PVC Foaming Regulator
PVC foaming regulator is a super high molecular weight polymer developed by our company, using the advanced emulsion polymerization technology. Adding foam modifier into PVC products can promote fusion of PVC compounds and improve the melt strength and ductility. Improve the surface quality of products. Make the small bubble hole formed by foaming agent stable, prevent bubbles merging to produce product with uniform foamed, so that the foam formed not only with small density but also with high strength.
This additive can be applied to PVC foam products, such as thin and thick foam board, WPC floor, foam shoes and foam decoration materials etc., also can be applied to PVC profile, pipes, sheet and so on.

Safe Handling Recommendations
Avoid high concentrations of dust in air and accumulation of dust on equipment. An airborne dust of this material can create a dust explosion. When handling and
processing this material, local exhaust ventilation may be required to control dust and reduce exposure to vapors. To prevent dust explosions, employ bonding and
grounding for operations capable of generating static electricity. Dispose by placing powder or pellets in airtight bags. Incinerate or landfill at a permitted facility in
accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Packaging and Storage
25kg/bag PP valve bag with PE liner or 500kg/sack PP bag with PE liner.
It should be stored in cool and dry surroundings with shelf life of two years, it can be
still used if qualified by inspection after shelf life.
