1. Anti-blooming agentR-668 is a mixture of diene derivatives and high degree of polymerization mixed alcohol ester, which has strong adsorption and coating effect for small molecular substances of rubber. Prevent the precipitation of small molecules in rubber that have not participated in vulcanization. Prevent various spraying problems such as frost spraying, color spraying, and blue spraying of rubber products.
2. Anti-bloomingagentR-668 is a highly efficient, environmentally friendly, and anti-precipitation composite additive which is specifically developed for the phenomena of color spraying, blue spraying, and frost spraying in rubber.
3. The addition of Anti-bloomingagentR-668 in the formula can prevent the precipitation of rubber small molecule oil and small molecules that do not participate in the reaction (such as accelerators, flow dispersants, and internal release agents), and prevent the occurrence of color spraying, blue spraying, and frost spraying.
4. Diene derivatives in Anti-blooming agentR-668 have the coating effect on small molecules; High degree of polymerization mixed alcohol esters have adsorption effect on small molecules. Under the adsorption and encapsulation of two substances, it prevents the precipitation of small molecules in the rubber that have not participated in vulcanization.
