Rubber Deodorant R-628

1. R-628 is selected inorganic silicate with porous structure as raw material, is processed by special technology
2. R-628 is is made of natural inorganic silicate processing, non-toxic, nonirritating, environmentally friendly, and has no effect on the performance of the medium that needs to be shielded and absorbed.
3. Because of R-628 special molecular structure, so that it can effectively inhibit and absorb irritating smell of varous chemicals and other odors, and can absorb harmful volatile component residues, Such as benzene, ammonia, methanal,chlorine,etc
4. R-628 can effectively reduce the VOC content in the product.
5. R-628 has excellent compatibility for all kinds of rubber, and has characteristics of long aging and small addition amount.

Application method:

1. If rubber mixing process is A and B, It is recommedned to add in section A before material discharge(Add setp: rubber-small material-filler and oil-deodorant -dischage).
2. If the rubber deodorant R-628 rubber mixing process is straight out, it is recommended to add with sulfur at the same time.
3. In rubber deodorant R-628 rubber mixing process, try to avoid contact with oily or water-based substances, it is recommended in mixing process A to let the oil and rubber compound be closely mixed for a perioud of time before adding deodorant.
4.  Rubber deodorant R-628 is not recommended for transparent products.
5. Rubber deodorant R-628 for foamed products, we recommend adding before the rubber foam, to avoid after the foaming of rubber material, the volume of rubber material itself

EPDM, NR, SBR, BR, NBR, AEM,ACM

Dosage:

1%-2% of the total quality of the compound
